Purpose
Support enterprise-wide digital enablement initiatives by analyzing and mapping business processes, capturing requirements, and translating them into ERP solutions or automated digital platforms.
Improve operational efficiency and align process and technology changes with the company's digital transformation goals.
Responsibilities
- Map and document as-is business processes with stakeholders using structured methodologies such as BPMN.
- Analyze relationships between business processes, systems, and data flows to identify inefficiencies.
- Define to-be process models that align with business objectives and can be implemented through enterprise systems or automation.
- Elicit functional and non-functional requirements through interviews, surveys, and workshops.
- Produce business requirements documents, user stories, use cases, process diagrams, and functional specifications.
- Maintain requirements traceability and validate requirements through stakeholder review sessions.
- Act as a bridge between business users and IT teams to align technical designs with business requirements.
- Collaborate with digital enablement, ERP, and software teams to evaluate solutions and architecture alignment.
- Support ERP and digital platform configuration, integration reviews, and testing.
- Develop UAT plans, facilitate UAT execution, and capture feedback and issues for resolution.
- Support training materials, user guides, post-implementation support, and process handover.
- Monitor KPIs and process outcomes, identify enhancements, and assess emerging technologies such as analytics, RPA, and AI.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or related roles.
- Experience in complex process mapping and improvement environments.
- Direct experience supporting ERP deployment or business process automation initiatives.
- A relevant master's degree is preferred.
- Business analysis or process improvement certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Lean Six Sigma are advantageous.
Language Requirements
- Fluency in English is required.
- Proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
