Role Overview
Indus Motors is seeking a junior Business Analyst with an Accounts or Finance background and knowledge of business software and systems.
The role requires independent handling of assigned responsibilities, cross-department coordination, accuracy, and discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Support analysis of business performance.
- Work with ERP and other business software applications.
- Maintain and manage documentation and records.
- Coordinate with operational departments for data and reporting requirements.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of reports and business information.
- Assist in monitoring business performance through data and reports.
- Support the BI team with data analysis and reporting requirements.
Education and Experience
- B.Com, M.Com, or an equivalent qualification is required.
- The posting states 3–4 years of relevant work experience and requires three years of analysis skills.
- Experience in accounts, MIS, data handling, or business analysis is an advantage.
- An Accounts or Finance background is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is up to ₹25,000 per month.
- Provident Fund is listed as a benefit.
