- We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Corporate Banking
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Corporate Banking domain
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for corporate banking projects
- Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional specifications
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements
- Support system implementation, testing (UAT), and deployment activities
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements
- Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, and process flow diagrams
- Conduct gap analysis and impact analysis for new initiatives
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
- Strong knowledge of banking products (Loans, Trade Finance, Cash Management)
- Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management
- Familiar with Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies
