Scope
- Leading requirements gathering across business stakeholders
- Documenting BRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specs
- Working across dealership and mobility functions (sales, rental, aftersales)
- Acting as the bridge between business and IT/development teams
- Defining business processes, KPIs, and operational workflows
- Supporting Agile delivery, sprint planning, and stakeholder alignment
- Supporting UAT and ensuring requirements traceability
- Driving communication across business, IT, and external partners
Profile
- 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in IT / digital projects
- Strong experience across full requirements lifecycle
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficiency in Jira, Visio, or similar tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Experience in automotive, dealership, or mobility environments preferred
- We are prioritising candidates with exposure to complex, cross-functional delivery environments
