As a Business Analyst, you'll help transform business requirements into customer communication solutions that deliver meaningful experiences for our members.
You'll work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to capture, analyse and document requirements, support the delivery of correspondence across multiple channels, and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our customer communication capabilities.
You'll bring together business and technical perspectives, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, data sources are understood, and solutions are aligned to stakeholder needs.
Working in a collaborative Agile environment, you'll partner with Analyst Programmers, business teams and project stakeholders to deliver quality communication outcomes and support the Quadient Inspire platform.
We see this role as a great opportunity for an IT graduate, emerging analyst, or professional seeking to transition into Business Analysis.
The position is designed for those developing their experience and may not provide the level of challenge or responsibility typically sought by experienced Senior Business Analysts.
This role is a permanent opportunity and is based in Brisbane.
