Opportunity Overview
A leading insurance brand is undergoing technology, data, and business transformation across the UK and global markets.
The Business Analyst will join a new and growing Change function in Manchester.
More than 20 transformation initiatives are underway across underwriting platforms, global business change, finance systems, and operational modernisation.
Workplace
- The role is based in Manchester and is hybrid, with two days per week specified in the Manchester office.
Compensation
- The advertised compensation is £60,000 plus a 15% bonus, private health coverage, and a strong pension.
Role Responsibilities
- Work with Technology, Data, and Business teams to shape and deliver complex change initiatives.
- Support change initiatives from discovery through implementation.
- Engage senior stakeholders, gather and document requirements, and translate business needs.
- Map and improve business workflows across multiple transformation programmes.
