Responsibilities
- Assess client requests in Jira by understanding business requirements, impact to clients and customers, and alignment to integrated online experience
- Document and coordinate all request activities including requirements, change order requests, Jira intake, tracking, project status reporting, and communication
- Coordinate deployment activities with Quality Engineer, Delivery Management, Business/Marketing partners, and support teams
- Align work activities to support priorities as defined by requestors and ensure deliverables meet quality objectives
- Participate in daily meetings (backlog refinement, pod huddle, etc.)
- Participate in quarterly Program Incrementation sessions to support roadmap and Business' OKRs
- Manage relationships with key partners: Marketing, Product Groups, Technology partners, Change Management, Incident Management, and external partners
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working in an online/digital environment
- Experience with AEM Web Publishing
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence
- Ability to assess client requests and understand business requirements
- Experience coordinating deployment activities with Quality Engineer, Delivery Management, and support teams

Experience Requirements
- 5+ years; Experience working in an online/digital environment
- 5+ yrs; Support the rapid delivery of requests to website properties, including: business as usual content changes, marketing campaigns, corporate Initiatives, regulatory changes, rate changes, and more

- As needed, coordinate deployment activities with Quality Engineer, Delivery Management, Business/Marketing partners, and support teams to ensure successful delivery
- Align work activities to support priorities as defined by requestors. Ensure deliverables meet quality objectives. Communicate status and provide timely escalation of issues
- Participate in daily meetings (backlog refinement, pod huddle, etc.)
- Participate in quarterly Program Incrementation sessions to support roadmap and Business' OKRs
- Manage relationships with key partners: Marketing, Product Groups, Technology partners, Change Management, Incident Management, and external partners
