Project Role
The Business Analyst analyzes organizations and designs processes and systems by assessing business models, technology integration, customer requirements, and future-state solutions.
The role operates with a Solution Architecture focus and bridges client needs, business strategy, and technical execution.
Core Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience in Solution Architecture.
- At least 15 years of full-time education.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer engineering, electrical engineering, system analysis, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least four years of experience across two or more architecture, development, middleware, information analysis, database, or operations disciplines.
- Experience in Java development, Core Java, and J2EE.
Insurance and Architecture Expertise
- Experience with Life, Health, Property, and Casualty insurance domains.
- Hands-on experience with Guidewire and familiarity with the ACORD model.
- Knowledge of policy administration, claims, underwriting, and rating systems.
- Understanding of insurance operations, regulatory requirements, best practices, and standards.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture tools, graphical models, and frameworks.
