Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non functional requirements
- Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder meetings
- Support solution design and implementation activities
- Execute and document system and user acceptance testing
- Assist with end user training and adoption activities
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and implementation progress
- Develop and report on project performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross functional technical and business teams throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
- University degree or College diploma in Computer Science or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of Business Analysis experience
- Minimum 5 years supporting enterprise IT software implementation projects
- Strong experience gathering and documenting functional and non functional requirements
- Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting testing activities
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be eligible to obtain a Reliability Status security clearance

Role Summary
- Business Analyst to support a large scale enterprise technology initiative for a financial services client
- Hybrid preferred (approximately 3 days onsite per month in Ottawa)
- Fully remote candidates located within Canada will also be considered
Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

- Experience with Microsoft Azure Services
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Experience working within large enterprise or regulated environments
Additional Requirements
- Must be eligible to obtain a Reliability Status security clearance
