Role Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead business analysis initiatives that support strategic planning, operational excellence, and organizational growth.
  • Partner with business leaders and cross functional teams to identify business needs, evaluate opportunities, and deliver data driven recommendations.
  • Oversee the analysis of business processes, operational performance, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and drive business transformation initiatives.
  • Gather and translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, ensuring alignment between business objectives and solution delivery.
  • Develop and maintain performance metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to monitor key business indicators and measure organizational effectiveness.
  • Provide actionable insights through data analysis, financial modeling, and business performance evaluation to support strategic initiatives and operational planning.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to optimize workflows, improve business processes, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Support the evaluation of new business opportunities, investment proposals, and process improvement projects by assessing business impact, risks, and expected outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement in business analysis methodologies, governance, and documentation standards.
  • Mentor business analysts, promotes best practices, and ensures high quality analysis that supports successful project execution and business outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Strong academic background in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Solid understanding of business analysis methodologies, process improvement, and organizational performance management
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex business problems
  • Experience in business process mapping, requirements gathering, and functional documentation
  • Strong capability in data analysis, reporting, forecasting, and performance measurement
  • Proficiency in business intelligence, data visualization, and analytical tools
  • Experience in developing dashboards, KPIs, and management reporting frameworks
  • Ability to translate business requirements into practical and scalable solutions
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience collaborating with cross functional teams to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
