Responsibilities
- Align CMBC business requirements with technology products and services provided by Business Technology Services
- Proactively leverage knowledge of CMBC teams, processes, and enterprise technologies to recommend improvements
- Collaborate with CMBC stakeholders to understand business objectives and assess technology solutions
- Validate business needs and prepare CMBC specific business case information
- Maintain current knowledge of technology products and market trends
- Lead and support CMBC initiatives and projects using existing enterprise technologies
- Act as key bridging relationship resource among CMBC departments and technology specialists
- Evaluate solution options and recommend viable business solutions
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations and business reports
- Prepare and deliver support and training materials for CMBC
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Computer Science
- Six years of information technology and business analysis experience in a complex environment
- Advanced communication skills, both written and oral
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Strong facilitation skills
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of current technology in the marketplace
- Solid working knowledge of enterprise systems and solutions
- Sound knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform

Primary Purpose
- Facilitates and optimizes technology service delivery between CMBC business units and TransLink’s Business Technology Services.
Key Accountabilities
