• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 1–5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, project coordination, software development, QA, or related areas.
• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication, documentation, organizational, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to turn discussions and ideas into clear, structured, and actionable outputs.
• Professional English communication skills – written and spoken.
• **Arab nationality is required.**
• Experience in the IT industry is an advantage.
• **Valid work or family visa in Qatar.**
• **Available to join immediately or within one month.**

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements, meeting notes, action items, and summaries.
• Support coordination, planning, follow-up, and task tracking.
• Use AI tools for research, drafting, summarization, and productivity support.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, process flows, and structured documents.
• Support testing, quality assurance, and workflow validation activities.
• Coordinate professionally with internal teams, stakeholders, clients, and vendors.
