Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for bus rental and passenger transport services.
- Secure long term contracts with companies, schools, hotels, factories, construction companies, manpower suppliers, and government or private organizations.
- Identify potential clients and arrange meetings to present transport solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery after securing contracts.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of UAE sales and marketing experience (transport industry experience is preferred).
- Proven ability to generate leads and secure corporate contracts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid UAE driving licence (Mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of the UAE corporate market.
- Self motivated, target oriented, and able to work independently.
