Bus Driver- 40 hrs per work week

• Location: Transportation

Salary Range: $18.51 - $22.17 / Hour

• High School Diploma or GED, preferred
• Valid Texas commercial driver's license (Class A or B) with Passenger and School Bus endorsements
• Acceptable driving record

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must pass alcohol and drug test
• Must pass a physical
• Ability to complete required school bus driver training
• Ability to complete required Region XIX certification training
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Knowledge of student discipline procedure
• Ability to manage student behavior
• Ability to work with special needs children
• Ability to operate a school bus
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
