Job Description
Transport employees and workers safely between labour accommodations, construction sites, offices, and other assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport workers and staff according to assigned schedules and routes.
- Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of employees.
- Follow UAE traffic laws and company HSE and safety procedures.
- Conduct daily checks of the bus before and after trips.
- Check tyres, lights, brakes, oil, water, and fuel.
- Maintain the bus in a clean, safe, and good working condition.
- Report accidents, breakdowns, vehicle defects, and maintenance requirements immediately.
- Maintain trip, mileage, and fuel records as required.
- Ensure passengers follow safety rules while boarding and travelling.
- Drive carefully inside construction sites, labour camps, and public roads.
- Coordinate daily routes and schedules with the Transport Supervisor.
- Perform other transportation-related duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Valid UAE Heavy Bus Driving License.
- Minimum 2–3 years of UAE driving experience, preferably in a construction company.
- Experience transporting workers or employees is preferred.
- Good knowledge of UAE roads and traffic regulations.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Good driving record with safe driving habits.
- Responsible, punctual, disciplined, and safety-conscious.
- Willing to work flexible hours, overtime, weekends, or holidays when required.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person.
