Bullion Dealer & Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Bullion Dealer & Office Manager to oversee bullion trading activities, manage key B2B client relationships, and handle day-to-day office and store operations in Doha, Qatar.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in gold bullion trading, precious metals import/export procedures, and team management.

Bullion Trading & Sales **Develop and maintain relationships with B2B clients, wholesalers, traders, and institutional buyers.** Execute gold bullion sales and trading transactions in line with company policies. **Negotiate and close bullion deals while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.** Expand the company's client base through active business development and networking. Import & Export Operations **Manage the import and export processes for gold and other precious metals.** Ensure compliance with Qatar customs regulations, trade requirements, and documentation procedures. **Coordinate with logistics providers, customs agents, refineries, suppliers, and relevant authorities.** Monitor shipment schedules and maintain accurate records of all transactions. **Handle all documentation related to precious metals imports, exports, and cross-border trade activities. Office & Store Management** Oversee daily office and bullion store operations. **Ensure proper inventory control, stock reconciliation, and security procedures.** Maintain operational efficiency and compliance with company standards. **Coordinate administrative activities and support senior management.** Ensure the showroom and office environment are maintained to professional standards. Team Leadership **Supervise and manage a team of up to 5 employees.** Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure smooth workflow. **Provide training, guidance, and support to team members when required.** Foster a professional and customer-focused working environment. Reporting & Administration **Prepare sales, inventory, and operational reports.** Maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and compliance documentation. **Support management with business development activities and operational planning.**

Male candidate. **2–5 years of experience in Gold Bullion Trading, Gold Bullion Sales, and B2B Precious Metals Trading.**

Proven experience dealing with wholesalers, traders, refineries, and B2B clients within the precious metals industry.

Strong knowledge of Qatar import and export regulations.

Hands-on experience in precious metals import and export operations.

Experience managing and supervising a team of up to 5 employees.

Strong organizational, leadership, and operational management skills.

**Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities.** Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications **Experience using Suntech ERP or similar software used in the precious metals industry.**

Qatar Driving License.

Existing network within the Qatar gold and precious metals market.

Experience working with refineries, bullion dealers, bullion trading companies, or precious metals wholesalers.
