Responsibilities
- Research target markets, analyze opportunities, and prepare proposals and pitch materials.
- Coordinate client meetings and presentations and track business development activity.
- Collaborate with partners and lawyers to develop tailored service offerings.
- Manage marketing and networking initiatives and contribute to brand visibility.
- Analyze performance metrics, monitor industry trends, and refine business development plans.
- Ensure outreach reflects the firm’s professional and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management is required.
- Experience in legal, professional services, or consulting environments is preferred.
- Strong market research, opportunity analysis, strategic planning, proposal writing, and presentation skills are required.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, networking, organizational, and time-management skills are required.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Law, or a related field is required.
- An advanced degree or professional certification in business or legal management is advantageous.
- Strong spoken and written English is required; Arabic proficiency is an asset.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, productivity software, and basic marketing or branding practices is expected.
