Pay Rate: $23 - $27/hr

Lightology is seeking a dependable, hands-on Building Maintenance Technician to maintain our award-winning showroom, warehouse, and office facilities.

This position is responsible for performing a wide variety of maintenance, repair, and improvement projects while ensuring our buildings remain safe, functional, and visually impressive for customers, employees, and vendors.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, takes pride in quality workmanship, and has experience in electrical work, carpentry, drywall repair, painting, and general building maintenance.

• Perform general building maintenance and repairs.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, lighting fixtures, outlets, switches, and breakers.
• Install and replace lighting fixtures and LED systems.
• Perform light carpentry, including framing, trim work, shelving, doors, and hardware installation.
• Repair and patch drywall; texture, sand, prime, and paint walls and ceilings.
• Repair and replace ceiling tiles, flooring, and baseboards as needed.
• Assemble and install displays, fixtures, furniture, and showroom exhibits.
• Perform minor plumbing repairs, including faucets, toilets, drains, and valves.
