Role Description
Support the safe, reliable, and efficient operation, maintenance, and improvement of building systems and facilities.
Monitor building infrastructure, coordinate maintenance activities, identify technical issues, and support compliance with required standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other essential building systems.
- Conduct inspections and identify equipment faults, defects, and potential maintenance risks.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Review technical drawings, equipment specifications, maintenance records, and engineering documentation.
- Work with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams to resolve technical and operational issues.
- Monitor energy consumption, equipment performance, and building efficiency.
- Support testing, commissioning, repair, and improvement works.
- Maintain accurate maintenance and engineering records.
- Ensure work complies with safety requirements, building codes, technical standards, and company procedures.
- Respond to operational issues and emergencies when required.
- Recommend improvements to equipment reliability, energy efficiency, maintenance processes, and building performance.
- Support long-term facility planning and asset management.
