Job Summary
We are looking for hardworking and reliable **Building Cleaners** to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of residential, commercial, and office buildings.
The ideal candidate should be physically fit, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high cleaning standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain common areas including lobbies, corridors, staircases, elevators, parking areas, and washrooms.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish floors, furniture, glass, and fixtures.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in designated areas.
- Clean windows, doors, walls, and other building surfaces.
- Maintain cleanliness of building entrances and outdoor surrounding areas.
- Refill soap, tissue, and other hygiene supplies in washrooms.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to supervisors.
- Use cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment safely and properly.
- Follow health, safety, and company cleaning standards.
- Perform deep cleaning and other housekeeping duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous experience as Building Cleaner, Housekeeping Staff, or Cleaner preferred.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Physically fit and able to work long hours standing, walking, and lifting.
- Punctual, hardworking, and well-groomed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
