Reevo is looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead end-to-end design for its AI-driven sales platform. You will drive the design process, champion users, iterate rapidly, and ensure quality implementation.

Responsibilities
- Drive the Design Process: Lead end to end product design from concept to launch by collaborating with cross functional teams, conducting user research to define requirements, and shaping product strategy to achieve product market fit.
- Champion the User: Continuously advocate for users by incorporating feedback and ensuring the design process centers on their needs.
- Iterate Rapidly: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high fidelity designs, iterating quickly based on user feedback and business goals.
- Ensure Quality: Work closely with engineers to ensure high quality implementation and seamless user experiences.
- Refine Design Language: Establish and evolve a standardized design system to ensure consistency and quality across all products.
- Analyze and Improve: Identify opportunities for product improvements through user feedback and competitive analysis.

- 5+ Years in B2B SaaS: Proven experience designing for business software.
- Full Stack Design Skills: Proficient in user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual and interaction design, and usability testing.
- Complex Interaction Design: Skilled at solving intricate design challenges.
- User Focused: Intuitively understand and creatively address customer needs.
