As we continue to develop new technology that pushes the envelope of what is possible with 3D printers, we are looking for a self motivated individual that can help lead a team of highly capable technicians to help us build the impossible. You’ll work directly with our engineering team to invent, develop, and advance our core hardware line of products. The work will span across all engineering disciplines with projects encompassing a wide variety of programs.

Lead a collaborative team of technicians to undertake tasks across engineering teams to help rapidly iterate and advance new product development programs

Work with all programs leads to understand the top priorities and schedule requirements to ensure programs are staffed with technicians effectively

Be an effective people manager who provides technical guidance, evaluation, mentorship and facilitates career growth for team members
