About the Role
Act as the single point of contact between assigned Adani Group Business Units and GCC-TC, ensuring seamless end-to-end delivery of Procurement, Governance, Group Data Governance & Control (GDGC), and Master Data Management (MDM) services. The role is accountable for delivery against the agreed SOW, SLA and TAT, effective stakeholder governance, timely issue resolution, and continuous service improvement.

- Key Deliverables Service Delivery At least 95% adherence to applicable SLA/TAT commitments Stakeholder Governance Regular reviews with timely closure of agreed actions Escalation Control Prompt resolution with zero critical avoidable escalations Data & Compliance Improved data quality, process compliance and audit readiness Continuous Improvement Measurable productivity, quality and automation improvements
- BU Partnership: Serve as the primary GCC interface for assigned Business Units; understand priorities, clarify requirements, manage expectations and maintain regular stakeholder engagement.
- End-to-End Delivery: Coordinate service delivery across Procurement, Governance, GDGC and MDM; monitor demand, backlog, ageing, dependencies and closure against agreed SOW, SLA and TAT.
- Governance & Escalation: Conduct periodic reviews with Business Units, SDLs, Tower Leads and Team Leads; maintain dashboards and action trackers; resolve bottlenecks and escalate critical risks promptly.
- Procurement Coordination: Support sourcing, contracting, auctions, supplier onboarding, catalogue management, PO-related services and associated governance within the approved GCC scope.
- Master Data & GDGC: Coordinate master data requests and governance across vendor, material, service, customer and finance domains; ensure required validation, approvals, data-quality controls and audit evidence.
- Operational Excellence: Drive process compliance, audit readiness, root-cause resolution, standardization, automation and continuous improvement to enhance quality, productivity and customer experience.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline; MBA / PGDM preferred.
- 8-12 years of relevant experience in Procurement, Shared Services/GCC Operations, Governance, Master Data Management or Business Operations.
- Experience in cross-functional stakeholder management and service delivery in an SLA-driven environment.
- Working exposure to platforms such as SAP, SAP Ariba, SAP MDG, ServiceNow or equivalent systems is preferred.
