Job Summary
Support the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the BTL Marketing team.
Coordinate attendance, events, reports, payments, bills, assets, documentation, and communication with field, logistics, plant, and finance teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor BTL staff attendance records and handle daily office and event administration.
- Manage internal systems, including link creation, report extraction, employee data updates, and exit-data maintenance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports; schedule meetings; record minutes; and maintain meeting documentation.
- Assist with promotional events and process event-related payments and supporting bills.
- Maintain payment trackers, verify travel bills, and submit documents to Finance and Accounts.
- Track company assets and products, issuing them only after approval and proper documentation.
- Raise event indents and coordinate with Logistics and Spoke teams for timely delivery.
- Maintain communication with plant, logistics, and field teams, including courier dispatches and incentive payout data.
- Develop and maintain filing systems for documents, records, and company assets.
- Undertake approximately 10% fieldwork based on event and business requirements.
