Pay: $20.00–$21.00/hour (based on experience) Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

Manufacturing experience is a plus, but it's not required.

If you're mechanically inclined, enjoy hands-on work, and are eager to learn, we'll provide the training you need to succeed.

• Set up and operate brushing equipment
• Load and process metal materials
• Adjust machine settings to achieve required finishes
• Monitor product quality and inspect finished materials
• Use precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
• Perform basic machine adjustments, cleaning, and maintenance
• Record production information and maintain work orders
• Safely move materials using cranes, hoists, or forklifts
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

• High School Diploma or GED
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to use precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
