Aon has an exciting opportunity for a Broker to join our Financial Institutions team, which forms part of our Global Broking Centre.
This role would suit someone looking to begin a career in Insurance. Industry experience is not a pre-requisite. The role involves co-ordinating and contributing to the marketing and negotiation of Financial Institutions business within the Lloyd’s and Company Markets on a day-to-day basis. This will include the placement of Wholesale risks from across the globe .
This is a Hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our London office.

What the day will look like
Review Submission
File maintenance
Lead quote broking / Follow market broking
Present terms to client / network
Firm Order broking (PPL / email)
Record broking activity in market sheets
Review draft / final MRC
Send Cover confirmation to client/network
Provide benchmarking and placement advice to clients
Client meetings
Respond to A/C queries
Establish and manage pipeline
