Bridge Structural Engineer

As a Bridge Engineer at StructureCraft, you will work alongside our Chief Engineer and engineer-build teams on the engineering, detailing, and delivery of footbridges across North America. You will contribute to advancing bridge engineering methods, help develop bridge-specific best practices and workflows, and play an active role in making these bridges efficient, constructible, and elegant.

This role is ideal for a structural engineer who is technically rigorous, values buildability, is passionate about timber, hybrid and advanced structural systems, and wants to work on highly unique projects that push boundaries while staying grounded in first-principles engineering.

Execute structural analysis, design, and detailing for pedestrian bridge projects

Support development of bridge engineering standards, and design tools

Assist BD and estimating efforts with early-stage engineering concepts and feasibility studies in different forms and materials.

Coordinate with project management, drafting, fabrication, and construction teams to ensure clarity and seamless delivery

Support R&D initiatives to advance bridge systems, connections, and performance

Mentor junior team members as skills and experience grow
