Role Overview
This position will oversee shift operations of the Brewing department while providing mentorship and coaching to brewing operators.
This role will also work closely with our Batching team to ensure capabilities across both departments are synchronized and team members are provided with development opportunities.
The Brewing Supervisor will also manage their team through large process changes as City regularly onboards new products and customers.
They will also work with their team to identify new opportunities for efficiency and standardization across the department.
