- Prepare and cook a variety of healthy breakfast meals according to recipes and quality standards
- Develop new healthy breakfast menu items and seasonal specials
- Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in the kitchen
- Monitor food inventory and communicate stock requirements to management
- Minimize food waste through efficient preparation and storage practices
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh and meet quality standards
- Work efficiently during busy breakfast service while maintaining quality
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Follow company recipes, procedures, and health & safety regulations
- Maintain kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or Healthy Cuisine Chef
- Strong knowledge of healthy cooking techniques and nutrition
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Creativity and attention to detail in food presentation
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Food safety and hygiene certification is an advantage

Breakfast Chef (Healthy Cuisine)
- We are looking for a passionate and creative Breakfast Chef specializing in healthy cuisine to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience preparing nutritious, high quality breakfast dishes while maintaining excellent food presentation and kitchen standards.
