About the Role

Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual revenue targets for assigned category/named brand accounts
- Own and build relationships for assigned categories with key brands by positioning Namshi brand solutions suite
- Generate opportunities for brands by presenting campaign ideas with supporting data
- Develop new business by creating and regularly updating individual brand strategies
- Set up clear account management processes to leverage resources and drive advertiser performance
- Oversee campaign management of top clients, including on boarding, consulting, and meeting goals
- Stay abreast of current conditions and trends among brands and the industry
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to define new solutions
- Be responsible for end to end implementations and escalations for named accounts
- Work with external facing contacts including media agencies
Requirements
- Minimum 6+ years of work experience in online ad sales, business development, marketing, or consulting sales within the Middle East
- Prior employment at a top tier media agency, brands/groups with deep industry understanding
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, problem solving and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven track record of initiating and successfully driving new business opportunities
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
- Strong bias for action
