Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute annual brand plans aligned with company strategic objectives
  • Drive brand growth, profitability, and market share within the Tuna category
  • Manage marketing budgets and evaluate brand performance against KPIs
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities
  • Monitor competitors' activities, pricing, product launches, and promotional initiatives
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and communication plans
  • Identify and lead new product innovation opportunities from concept through market launch
  • Manage the Tuna product portfolio to achieve sustainable growth, profitability, and market leadership
  • Develop pricing strategies, promotional plans, and commercial discount programs
  • Work closely with Sales and Supply Chain teams to forecast demand and ensure product availability
  • Prepare business performance reports and recommend action plans

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Brand Management, Product Management, or Category Management within FMCG
  • Experience in FMCG Food or Seafood categories highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of FMCG commercial operations, product lifecycle management, category management, pricing strategies, trade promotions, and commercial analysis
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi FMCG market, distribution channels, retail, wholesale, and food service sectors
  • Proven experience in launching new products and managing existing product portfolios
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen with ability to analyze P&L performance
  • Excellent analytical, strategic planning, negotiation, and project management skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
