Ipsen is seeking a Brand Manager, Rare Disease, to lead marketing strategies that drive brand growth and patient impact across Saudi Arabia.
The listed location is Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and the position is hybrid.
What you’ll do
- Develop and execute annual brand and operational plans, including forecasting, budgeting, and competitive analysis.
- Lead omnichannel campaigns, promotional materials, and digital engagement initiatives for healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.
- Translate market insights and performance data into actionable strategies that accelerate brand growth.
- Drive scientific engagement through training programs, masterclasses, and educational events.
- Partner with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, and Finance teams for aligned execution.
- Manage marketing investments to maximize return while ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards.
What you’ll bring
- Proven pharmaceutical marketing experience with a track record of delivering business results.
- Strong expertise in strategic planning, brand management, and multichannel campaign execution.
- Solid analytical and financial acumen, including forecasting and budget management.
- A scientific or medical degree is required.
- A postgraduate marketing qualification is advantageous.
- Experience in multinational healthcare organizations and product launches is preferred.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
