Ipsen is seeking a Brand Manager, Rare Disease to lead marketing strategy and brand growth across Saudi Arabia.
The role focuses on improving patient impact through innovation, collaboration, and healthcare engagement.
Location and Work Model
- The role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with a hybrid work model.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute annual brand and operational plans, including forecasting, budgeting, and competitive analysis.
- Lead omnichannel campaigns, promotional materials, and digital engagement for healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.
- Translate market insights and performance data into actionable strategies that accelerate brand growth.
- Drive scientific engagement through training programs, masterclasses, and educational events.
- Partner with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, and Finance teams for aligned execution.
- Manage marketing investments for return while maintaining compliance with local regulations and company standards.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven pharmaceutical marketing experience with a track record of delivering business results.
- Strong expertise in strategic planning, brand management, and multichannel campaign execution.
- Analytical and financial acumen, including forecasting and budget management.
- Scientific or medical degree is required.
- Postgraduate marketing qualification is an advantage.
- Experience in multinational healthcare organizations and product launches is preferred.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
