Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand strategies, ensuring consistent brand positioning across all touchpoints.
- Manage brand plans in line with business objectives.
- Coordinate product launches and campaigns.
- Oversee visual merchandising and in store branding.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and eCommerce teams to drive brand awareness and growth.
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights, monitor competitor activities.
- Manage budgets and prepare performance reports.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Requirements
- Strong brand management and marketing skills, including experience in developing brand strategies and executing integrated campaigns.
- Proficiency in market analysis, consumer insights, and data driven decision making.
- Experience in retail or luxury goods, preferably in beauty, fashion, accessories, or wellness.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and budgeting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Professional fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.

Role Description
- The Brand Manager is a full time, on site role based in Jeddah.
