Role Description

  • The Brand Manager is a full time, on site role based in Jeddah.
  • Responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, ensuring consistent brand positioning across all touchpoints.
  • Manages brand plans, coordinates product launches and campaigns, oversees visual merchandising and in store branding.
  • Collaborates with marketing, sales, and eCommerce teams to drive brand awareness and growth.
  • Analyzes market trends and consumer insights, monitors competitor activities, manages budgets, and prepares performance reports.
  • Maintains strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Qualifications

  • Strong brand management and marketing skills, including experience in developing brand strategies and executing integrated campaigns.
  • Proficiency in market analysis, consumer insights, and data driven decision making.
  • Experience in retail or luxury goods, preferably in beauty, fashion, accessories, or wellness.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and budgeting skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Professional fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
  • Prior experience in the GCC region or similar markets is beneficial.
