About the Role
Papa in Shape seeks a Brand Manager to build an iconic brand in the wellness coaching space. You will define and deploy brand strategy, manage awareness campaigns, oversee social media and content, and develop the marketing team.

- Develop a strong, differentiated brand that is instantly recognizable and fosters a sense of belonging
- Structure and evolve the Papa in Shape brand territory (positioning, message, tone, storytelling, identity)
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Define and execute brand awareness strategy (social media, press, content, campaigns)
- Oversee social media management and organic content strategy
- Manage advertising campaigns focused on brand awareness and image
- Deploy and manage a press and influencer relations strategy
- Develop a strong organic content strategy (social media, editorial content, SEO)
- Recruit and progressively structure a high performing marketing/brand team
- Define brand objectives and KPIs, develop brand plans, and manage external agencies and budget
Requirements
- Strategic experience in brand management
- Experience managing or contributing to an acquisition budget of ~3M€ or more
- Solid experience in organic content and press relations
- Expertise in social media, acquisition, and SEO
- Understanding of new Search AI usages
- Ability to build and structure a team
- Fluency in French and English
- Organized, creative, with strategic vision

About the Role

- As Brand Manager, you will grow Papa in Shape into an iconic brand and reference in the wellness coaching space.
- You will work directly with the CEO and agencies to define, structure, and deploy the brand strategy.
Your Role
- Develop a strong, differentiated brand that is instantly recognizable and fosters a sense of belonging.
- Structure and evolve the Papa in Shape brand territory (positioning, message, tone, storytelling, identity).
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Define and execute brand awareness strategy (social media, press, content, campaigns).
- Oversee social media management and organic content strategy.
- Manage advertising campaigns focused on brand awareness and image.
- Deploy and manage a press and influencer relations strategy.
- Develop a strong organic content strategy (social media, editorial content, SEO).
- Optimize brand visibility through SEO and new Search AI usages.
- Recruit and progressively structure a high performing marketing/brand team.
- Define brand objectives and KPIs, develop brand plans, and manage external agencies and budget.
Your Profile
- Strategic experience in brand management.
- Experience managing or contributing to an acquisition budget of ~3M€ or more.
- Solid experience in organic content and press relations.
- Expertise in social media, acquisition, and SEO.
- Understanding of new Search AI usages.
- Ability to build and structure a team.
- Ideally experience or interest in personal brand management.
- Organized, creative, with strategic vision.
- Fluency in French and English required.
