Role Description
Manage and strengthen the BDS Hubs brand across all touchpoints.
Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity in line with the NilePreneurs initiative.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to communicate the hubs’ mission and services to SMEs, entrepreneurs, and youth.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop brand strategies and coordinate marketing campaigns.
- Oversee digital and offline brand communications.
- Monitor brand performance and awareness.
- Analyze audience insights and recommend data-driven improvements to brand positioning.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory and institutional guidelines.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated brand management and marketing skills, including brand strategy, positioning, and integrated campaigns.
- Digital marketing and social media experience, including online channels, content calendars, and engagement analytics.
- Strong communication and copywriting skills for diverse audiences.
- Basic design and visual communication skills, with the ability to work with designers or agencies.
- Analytical and research skills for market insights and brand performance assessment.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- Experience with SMEs, entrepreneurship, or development initiatives is an advantage.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic and familiarity with the Egyptian banking or entrepreneurial ecosystem are beneficial.
