Responsibilities
- Partner with founders to define clear marketing strategies across brand, customer acquisition, retention, and launches
- Help shape brand positioning, messaging, and go to market direction
- Build clear, actionable marketing plans with defined priorities, timelines, and KPIs
- Lead end to end planning and execution of marketing initiatives across brand campaigns, paid media, influencer and community, product launches, and retail and offline activations
- Own key growth metrics across incubated brands, with clear visibility on performance by channel, campaign, and initiative
- Monitor metrics such as CAC, LTV, retention, conversion, MER, and channel efficiency
- Work with founders, agencies, and partners to improve marketing effectiveness across channels
- Build clear reporting for founders and HBI leadership, highlighting results, insights, and priorities
- Act as a close partner to founders on all major marketing initiatives
- Identify shared marketing learnings and opportunities across the portfolio
Requirements
- 6 to 10+ years of experience in marketing roles within consumer brands, with strong exposure to both brand and growth
- Proven experience building and executing marketing strategies in fast paced consumer businesses
- Strong understanding of core marketing levers, including brand, paid media, influencer, content, retention, and retail activation
- Good understanding of paid media and channel performance
- Commercially minded, with a strong understanding of how marketing impacts revenue, CAC, LTV, and overall business performance
- Able to move comfortably between strategy and execution
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate; this is an in office role

The Role
- We are hiring a Brand & Growth Marketing Senior Manager to lead marketing across our incubated brands.
- This role is designed for someone with a strong marketing background who can operate across both brand and growth strategy.
- You will work closely with founders to shape brand positioning, build marketing plans, support launches, and drive commercial performance across channels and markets.
- Paid media is an important part of the role, but as one component of a broader marketing remit.
What You’ll Own
- Partner with founders to define clear marketing strategies across brand, customer acquisition, retention, and launches
- Help shape brand positioning, messaging, and go to market direction
- Build clear, actionable marketing plans with defined priorities, timelines, and KPIs
- Ensure marketing strategy supports broader commercial goals across DTC, retail, and new market expansion
- Lead end to end planning and execution of marketing initiatives across brand campaigns, paid media, influencer and community, product launches, and retail and offline activations
- Build and manage marketing calendars and launch plans across brands
- Ensure campaigns and activations are executed to a high standard and on time
- Work closely with agencies, freelancers, and internal teams to deliver strong output
- Own key growth metrics across incubated brands, with clear visibility on performance by channel, campaign, and initiative
- Monitor metrics such as CAC, LTV, retention, conversion, MER, and channel efficiency
- Work with founders, agencies, and partners to improve marketing effectiveness across channels, including paid media
- Use performance data to identify growth opportunities and help reallocate budget and focus where needed
What We’re Looking For
- 6 to 10+ years of experience in marketing roles within consumer brands, with strong exposure to both brand and growth
- Proven experience building and executing marketing strategies in fast paced consumer businesses
- Strong understanding of core marketing levers, including brand, paid media, influencer, content, retention, and retail activation
- Good understanding of paid media and channel performance, with the ability to evaluate effectiveness, work with partners, and connect spend to business outcomes
- Commercially minded, with a strong understanding of how marketing impacts revenue, CAC, LTV, and overall business performance
- Able to move comfortably between strategy and execution
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate; this is an in office role
- AI proficiency is a plus
