Role Overview
Rgheeb is seeking an experienced Lead Brand Designer to develop and evolve the company’s brand identity.
The role combines strategic brand development, visual design, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership of a design team.
Brand and Visual Design
- Develop and execute brand identities and visual systems.
- Design packaging, campaign visuals, social media content, marketing materials, presentations, and other creative assets.
- Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints and communication channels.
- Develop, refine, and maintain the overall brand strategy and visual identity.
- Drive creation and implementation of brand guidelines across all brands.
Leadership and Collaboration
- Lead, mentor, and manage the brand design team.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, operations, and executive teams on creative projects.
- Manage multiple brands, projects, timelines, and priorities while maintaining quality standards.
- Translate business objectives into compelling visual concepts and influence stakeholders.
