Job Overview

  • Brand & Content Operations Lead
  • Salary range: 7,000 – 8,000 QAR per month (Depending on experience)
  • Reporting line: CEO
  • We are looking for a hands on organized 'Brand & Content Operations Lead' to own the day to day operations & growth of our fast growing digital media platform.
  • You will build & run the workflow, plan content & major coverages, manage daily inquiries, coordinate the team & external partners to ensure we deliver consistent, high quality, sellable content without unnecessary burnout.
  • This is a 'get things done' role with clear KPIs & fast growth potential for the right person.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Planning: Co create weekly & monthly content plans with the team, aligned with brand identity & audience growth.
  • Workflow Management: Design and maintain a clear pipeline from idea to publishing and reporting
  • Calendar & Deadlines: Manage the task board/calendar, assign work to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Forward Planning: Lead long term preparation & strategy for major events, seasonal campaigns & key brand activations well in advance.
  • Cross Functional Coordination with internal creatives & external partners to secure permits, manage bookings & streamline collaboration.
  • Receive & manage daily inquiries related to the brands & route them appropriately.
  • Track & report on key KPIs (growth, on time delivery, planning vs. last minute work, etc.).
  • Continuously improve the system to reduce unnecessary weekend work & reactive chaos.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in social media, content, digital media, or agency environments in an operations / project / coordination role.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms & content workflows
  • Highly organized & structured; able to build systems & bring order to chaos.
  • Strong communication skills; comfortable managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Ownership mindset, accountable for delivering against agreed KPIs.
  • English required, Arabic is a strong plus.
