About the Role
Osmos is hiring a Brand & Content Lead to define the company's point of view in retail media, build a content engine, and drive awareness and pipeline. The ideal candidate has 6-8 years of experience building content or brand functions at a high-growth B2B company or in high-tier business journalism.

Responsibilities
- Define a point of view in retail media and build awareness and share of voice
- Hold the brand voice and visual identity steady across every property
- Translate composable retail media, Demand as a Service, and Sofie into clear, provocative stories
- Build research backed content properties that give Osmos something true and ownable to say
- Map content frameworks to the buyer journey that lift conversion and shorten sales cycles
- Run social as the most visible version of the Osmos voice
- Build influencer and podcast programs to reach audiences
- Shape the narrative, pre reads, and recap content for events
- Write, edit, and oversee production across blogs, reports, case studies, white papers, videos, webinars, and newsletters
Requirements
- 6 8 years building content or brand functions at a high growth B2B company, or high tier business journalism
- An owner's bias, at high standards and high velocity
- A brand building track record with proven ability to grow awareness and share of voice
- Content to pipeline fluency with frameworks mapped to the buyer journey
- Ability to define a voice and raise the quality floor across writers
- Experience using AI for content research, planning, drafting, repurposing, and measurement
