- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a part time hybrid setup
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred

Role Description
- This is a part time hybrid role based in Dubai, with flexibility for some work from home.
- The Brand Consultant will help define, strengthen, and manage the UAE MEP ENGINEERS WhatsApp Community brand across digital platforms and member touchpoints.
Day to day Responsibilities
- Developing brand positioning and messaging
- Refining visual and verbal identity guidelines
- Ensuring consistent application of the brand in communications and community initiatives
- Collaborating with community leaders to align brand strategy with mission and CSR activities
- Advising on campaigns and content themes
- Monitoring member feedback and engagement to enhance brand perception
- Supporting planning for partnerships, events, and recognition programs
Qualifications
- Ability to develop and implement effective Brand Strategy and Brand Development initiatives
- Experience in ongoing Brand Management and Branding
- Strong Communication skills
- Background in marketing, communications, or brand consulting, preferably with exposure to engineering, construction, or technical communities
- Proficiency with social media and digital platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp)
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group and operate independently in a part time hybrid setup
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred; relevant certifications an advantage
