Responsibilities
- Lead the culinary vision of Moon Slice Pizzaria, ensuring every aspect of the pizza program reflects the brand’s focus on 48 hour fermentation, artisanal dough, and premium ingredients.
- Design and refine menus, standardize recipes, and oversee kitchen operations.
- Maintain food quality and presentation across all outlets.
- Train and mentor kitchen teams.
- Establish and enforce food safety and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with operations and brand teams to execute seasonal menus, specials, and brand initiatives.
- Monitor food costs and optimize production processes.
- Support new openings or expansions while protecting the brand’s identity and consistency.
Requirements
- Culinary expertise in artisanal pizza, dough fermentation, and oven management.
- Leadership and team management experience in a busy, quality driven kitchen environment.
- Operational skills in food safety, hygiene standards, inventory control, and cost management.
- Minimum of 5–7 years in professional kitchens, including experience as Head Chef, Sous Chef, or equivalent in high volume or premium pizza concepts.
- Formal culinary education or recognized professional training is preferred.
- Knowledge of UAE food regulations and HACCP standards.
- Strong communication skills and resilience in fast paced environments.

Role Description
- The Brand Chef for Moon Slice Pizzaria is a full time, on site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- Responsible for leading the culinary vision of Moon Slice, ensuring every aspect of the pizza program reflects the brand’s focus on 48 hour fermentation, artisanal dough, and premium ingredients.
- Day to day tasks include designing and refining menus, standardizing recipes, overseeing kitchen operations, and maintaining food quality and presentation across all outlets.
