Responsibilities
- Partner with the Boutique Manager and assist other Brand Ambassadors in execution of plans and strategies
- Support in store functions related to people management, customer experience, and operational efficiency
- Ensure maintaining excellence in all areas to meet MARLI’s expectations of quality and authenticity
- Be the Ambassador of MARLI through all missions
- Share a moment with customers: decipher, know, understand, ask questions, watch, and listen
- Create an impression at MARLI and give a warm and sincere welcome to all customers
- Offer suitable selection and help customers make decisions, answer objections, identify 'buy' signals
- Share passion for MARLI, take customers on an emotional journey to discover the world of MARLI
- Personify MARLI’s values using established customs and dress code
- Contribute to boutique’s commercial development by finding new customers and retaining existing ones
- Create new opportunities after concluding a sale and develop own customer portfolio
- Integrate a collective history and take part in the life of the boutique
Requirements
- Graduate degree in Business Administration, International Management, or similar
- 5+ years of experience in sales (luxury preferred)
- Comfortable with customer data analysis and interpretation
- Experience in sales and service delivery and building performance against targets
- Strong Knowledge of Inventory, Scheduling, and Replenishment
- Proficiency with MS Office software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Ability to inspire trust, integrity, fairness, and professionalism
- Strong organization and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication and analytical skills

MAIN PURPOSE
- The Brand Ambassador partners with the Boutique Manager and assists other Brand Ambassadors in the execution of the plans and strategies for their store location.
- Brand Ambassadors support in store functions in relation to people management and engagement, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
- They ensure maintaining excellence in all areas to meet MARLI’s expectations of quality and authenticity.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer Experience & Store Performance: Be the Ambassador of MARLI; share a moment with customers; create an impression; offer suitable selection; share passion for MARLI; personify MARLI’s values; contribute to commercial development; create new opportunities; integrate collective history; drive c
- Operational Excellence: Perform store opening and closing procedures; review company email; actively participate in developing customer database and CRM tools; cultivate network; ensure security guidelines, cash desk procedures, and stock management rules are applied.
- People Management & Engagement: Support in training; coach and mentor Junior Brand Ambassadors; actively participate in team meetings; train via In Store Trainer role; drive Employee Engagement.
- Events: Invite customers to events; support conception of retail events; coordinate and support retail event executions; coordinate VIC customer guest lists; compile post event purchase analysis.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate degree in Business Administration, International Management, or similar
