Role Description

  • This is a full time, on site Branch Supervisor role based in Doha.
  • The Branch Supervisor will oversee daily branch operations, including managing customer inquiries, coordinating bookings, and ensuring accurate issuance of tickets, vouchers, and travel documentation.
  • The role involves supervising branch staff, organizing work schedules, providing coaching, and monitoring performance to maintain high service standards.
  • The Branch Supervisor will manage cash handling, sales reports, and reconciliation, while ensuring compliance with company policies, contracts, and travel regulations.
  • This role will also support business development by maintaining relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners, handling escalations, and identifying opportunities to enhance branch efficiency and revenue.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in branch or retail supervision, preferably within travel, tourism, or hospitality.
  • Strong customer service and client relationship management skills, with the ability to handle complex requests and escalations calmly and professionally.
  • Proficiency in travel booking processes and systems (GDS or similar), with solid understanding of tickets, reservations, and documentation.
  • Capability in people management, including team coordination, coaching, performance follow up, and shift or schedule planning.
  • Solid organizational, time management, and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in financial and operational reporting.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; additional language skills (e.g., Arabic) are an advantage.
  • Comfort with basic office software and digital tools for reporting, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Previous experience in a customer facing role in Qatar or the GCC region is preferred.
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is desirable.
  • Ability to work on site in Doha, including flexibility for peak travel periods, weekends, or holidays as business needs require.
