The Company
A leading event hire, styling and production company is seeking an experienced Branch Operations Manager to lead its Melbourne operation.
The business provides furniture hire, styling, custom production and event solutions for corporate events, private celebrations, brand activations, exhibitions and major events.
Position Terms
- This is a full-time permanent role based in Melbourne.
- The stated salary is $110,000-$130,000 plus superannuation.
The Role
- Own the day-to-day running and overall performance of the Melbourne branch.
- Oversee warehouse operations, logistics, staffing, stock, transport and event delivery.
- Work with the Sydney head office while ensuring jobs are accurately planned, safely delivered and properly resourced.
Operational Responsibilities
- Prepare confirmed event jobs for accurate picking, packing, checking and dispatch.
- Coordinate equipment returns, cleaning, checking, storage, repairs and maintenance.
- Manage stock movements, transfers, stocktakes and inventory discrepancies.
