Position Overview
The Branch Operations Analyst – NCT is part of Deutsche Bank's Trade Settlement and Confirmation Operations team in Mumbai.
The team partners with business, finance, compliance, technology, and other stakeholders to complete activities accurately and on time.
The role manages trade reporting and settlements, reconciles issues, and meets internal and regulatory reporting deadlines.
Trade Operations
- Process and verify FX corporate trades.
- Manage and reconcile trade reporting and settlements and escalate issues for oversight.
- Ensure settlement processes follow regulatory guidelines and the bank's KOP procedures.
- Monitor and report settlement obligations against regulatory and internal cut-offs.
- Report FX corporate trades to CCIL as the central counterparty.
- Perform cash flow settlements based on contracted or anticipated exposure.
Reporting and Controls
- Prepare regulatory returns in prescribed formats and apply judgment where required.
- Prepare and submit regulatory returns related to FX data.
- Assist with internal and audit queries as delegated.
