Branch Manager/Supervisor

Position Overview

Branch Operations and Team Leadership

• Manage daily branch operations and ensure smooth, efficient, and professional service.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise branch staff to achieve sales targets, KPIs, and customer-service objectives.
• Manage staff scheduling, workload allocation, training, coaching, and performance.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of branch employees.

Sales and Customer Experience

• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, including VIP and high-value clients.
• Drive sales through clienteling, product knowledge, promotions, and follow-up.
• Monitor sales, customer traffic, conversion, average transaction value, and other branch KPIs.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, returns, and service issues professionally.
• Maintain customer service, product presentation, visual merchandising, and branch appearance standards.

Inventory and Compliance

• Oversee inventory, stock transfers, stock counts, receiving, and reconciliation.
• Ensure the safe handling and security of luxury watches, jewelry, cash, and other high-value merchandise.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, health and safety, and security requirements.
• Prepare regular sales, operational, inventory, and staff performance reports.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate with head office and sales, marketing, warehouse, logistics, procurement, and finance teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales, customer experience, team productivity, and branch profitability.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when dealing with customers, business information, and high-value transactions.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in branch management, retail management, store management, sales, or customer service.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer-service and relationship-management abilities.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of retail operations.
• Professional appearance, strong integrity, and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Fluent English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or team-lead experience.
• Experience with POS, CRM, inventory management, and reporting systems.
• Experience handling luxury watches, jewelry, premium products, or other high-value merchandise.
• Qualification in business, retail management, sales, or a related field.

Schedule Expectations

• Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and extended retail hours when required.
