Role Overview
The company is establishing a Jeddah branch and is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead its development.
The role is primarily market-facing, with most effort directed toward business development in Jeddah.
Head office supports technical delivery, staffing, and administration.
Business Development
- Grow the client base across government, developer, contractor, and private clients.
- Develop client relationships, pursue new opportunities, and convert opportunities into signed work.
- Monitor tenders and coordinate submissions with head office.
- Prepare and follow up on prequalification documents, proposals, and client presentations.
Branch Operations
- Handle branch correspondence, client registrations, and portal submissions.
- Oversee branch operations and project delivery and supervise branch staff.
- Work directly on project and administrative activities as needed during the branch's early stages.
- Follow up on client invoicing and collections.
