Key responsibilities
- Manage overall branch operations, sales, and profitability.
- Develop new business and maintain key customer relationships.
- Handle sea, air, and road freight, import and export, and customs clearance.
- Manage and motivate the sales and operations team.
- Monitor branch revenue, gross profit, collections, and KPIs.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and overseas agents.
- Ensure excellent customer service and smooth shipment execution.
