Responsibilities
- Overall responsible for business development of the Financial Products Distribution for the given location
- Oversee and manage the branch staff, including coaching, development and discipline to help meet sales targets
- Ensure strict adherence to policies and procedures, and provide services
- Groom the team on product knowledge, system usages and guide them to achieve business objectives
- Help the team design and implement business plans, ensuring branch compliances, policies and process
- Conduct regular performance review of employees and evaluate, guide them for achieving set goals
- Recruit Financial Products Distributors and achieve product sales targets
Requirements
- MBA/PGDM qualification
- 60 months (5 years) of experience in financial products distribution
- Experience in Mutual Funds, Insurance, LAS, Bonds etc.
- Prefer male gender (as per source)
